This is a cool spot. Eastern exposure lets in a lot of morning light. Seller did a really nice job of picking out the finishes and working with the builder to make small adjustments to the existing floorplan. End result is more cabinet/counter space and a more open feel to the entire condo.
The building itself is located in this self contained surrounding community unlike most in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. Movie theater is right next door as well as shops and restaurants. Just walk into the lobby and you get a sense of the quality of construction that was put into the building. Great outdoor pool on west end of building. That’s important…west equals more sun in the summertime. I have seen it where the pool is east and no sun after 1pm.
